MEET YOUR COACH
I am an educator, coach, and founder of ORBs. I have spent years working in trauma-informed care and workforce development. My deepest belief is simple: parenting is the most important job in the world, and every parent deserves real support doing it.
I built ORBs because I kept seeing parents who were carrying too much alone. The yelling, the shutdowns, the power struggles, the disconnection, they are signals. And once you understand what is underneath, everything changes.
My work focuses on helping divorced and separated dads navigate the complex realities of parenting after divorce. I support fathers through co-parenting challenges, changes in time with their children, communication breakdowns, shifting routines, and the loss of confidence that can come when family life suddenly looks very different.
I help dads understand what is happening beneath the surface, strengthen their relationship with their children, communicate more effectively with a co-parent, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence in their role as a father.
I am here to walk alongside you, step by step, inside your actual family rhythm.
